Split-Level Homes
Number of rooms: 2-5 Bedrooms, 1-3 baths.
Size: 932-2100 square feet
Split level plans are efficient to build and offer the most "bang for your buck". A split level home offers many choices on customizing the layout, usually structured around an open concept vaulted main level kitchen, dinette, and living room.
Some plans offer additional bonus spaces that are affordable to build and add massive amounts of space for a great price.
Rambler Homes
Number of rooms: 3-5 Bedrooms, 1-3 baths
Size: 1380-3000 square feet
Ramblers are becoming a new favorite for those who want to have all of the living space on 1 level. A Rambler home offers a main level master bedroom, with 1-2 additional bedrooms on the same level. All amenities are accessible without stairs. Our plans feature open concepts with large kitchen, great rooms for entertaining, and space to get away too.
Not all 2-story homes have stairs to the front door - this is lot specific. Ask for details.
